Frequently Ask Questions
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
As soon as possible. Our availability changes daily and we cannot hold items without a reservation. We want to deliver the fun to everyone. However, the reality is we can only do so many deliveries each day–depending on locations, trucks and staffing. Planning ahead will guarantee your event. Online bookings within 5 days of Fri, Sat or Sun and within 3 days of Mon-Thu events must be confirmed by our staff outside of the automatic email sent after an order.
Does the price include set up and delivery?
Yes, if within our 10 miles delivery one, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out.
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that there will be a travel fee.
How long do we get to keep the rental?
Each Rental is for up to 8 hours! There are additional fees if you would like to extend the rental time. Our standard delivery hours range from 10 am to 8 pm for online bookings. **Please remember that inflatables are not recommended to be used after sunset unless extra lighting is used..
When do you set up?
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. Our goal is to be at the party address at least one hour early. We need someone to be at the delivery location to open doors, gates, and locks then show us where you would like the bounce house set up.
Please note: We may deliver earlier and may pick up later!
What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
Unfortunately we don’t serve Parks
When or How do I pay?
Payment due upon delivery, we accept Cash, Card, or Checks. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. Please have all funds available for the delivery driver and understand that we cannot wait for you to go to the bank/ATM.
What if we need to Cancel?
please let us know at least 1 – 2 days before your reservation date
Setting Up
Most of our Bouncer Houses takes only about 20 min to set up. Tables and Chairs , drop off only. Tents, set up and take down , depending on size it could take us up to 6 hrs. Set Up and Take Down Tents at extra charge. Contact us for more info.
Rental Time Frame
Our rentals goes for up to 8 hrs rental per day, we offer overnight stay at extra charge if the bouncer will stay in a safe location. also second day rental at a discounted rate. delivery fee may apply .
How big are the bounce houses?
Most of our jumps (all of our character jumps for example) are 15’x15′ Please note the space required for each jump as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can’t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call us to discuss options for setup
What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
Upon delivery, we provide a service contract for you to sign, with the safety rules included
Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
WILL AN INFLATABLE HURT MY GRASS?
Although inflatables are large and heavy, they cover a large surface area and will have a minimal impact on your grass. It will flatten grass temporarily, but we’ve never heard of any permanent damage. We will put stakes into the grass to hold the inflatable in place, but these holes are no larger than what you typically see with lawn aeration.
Once or twice a year, we do accidentally hit sprinkler lines with our stakes. If you’re worried about us hitting your sprinkler lines or other underground utilities, have them located prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for damage to unlocated utilities, including sprinkler lines.
