RESERVATION AND RENTAL AUTHORIZATION:
The person booking a rental with us must be at least 18 years old and must either be the owner/tenant of the property where the bounce house will be set up (if the event is at a home) or the responsible party/organizer if the event will be held elsewhere. We will contact you within 24 hours following receipt of your reservation.

 FOR INFLATABLE ONLY RENTALS– All inflatable only rentals might be delivered and setup 1-2 hours prior to your event date time, pickup by 9pm the latest. Inflatables must be setup on a relatively flat surface within 50 feet of an electrical outlet. In the event electricity is not available, we also rent portable generators. Please make sure that the path used leading to the setup area is clear of all obstacles. A minimum clearance of 5 feet is required to pass through fenced areas. Inflatables can be setup on grass, cement or asphalt. We will never set up on gravel, rocks, sand or sand from an old pool removal.

FOR TENT AND OTHER RENTALS– All Tent rentals can be delivered and setup 1 day prior to your event date. Tents must be setup on a relatively flat surface. Please make sure that the path used leading to the setup area is clear of all obstacles. A minimum clearance of 5 feet is required to pass through fenced areas. Tents can be setup on grass, or hard surface.

    The area must be ready before we arrive (lawn mowed, leaves raked, etc). If we have to wait, an additional fee may be charged for every 1/2 hour. Any pets in the yard cannot be around inflatables for safety reasons, and all dog feces must be cleaned up prior to delivery.

    The client is responsible for items that will not fit due to size restrictions. There may be an additional charge for STEPS and/or obstructions on some items, per occurrence, per equipment item if client does not disclose this information to us prior to affair date.

    Client will be responsible for a relocation fee of $75.00 per item if equipment needs to be moved after client specifies their desired setup location and the item is already setup. Any time that is used to relocate and setup these items may cause the schedule start time to be delayed.

Disclaimer!

Lawn Damage: Rental units are heavy and block sunlight. Setups lasting longer than 8hrs, or setups during extreme heat/rain, may cause temporary yellowing or compaction on turf. PDXJUMPERS is not responsible for lawn recovery, though most grass returns to normal within 7-10 days with proper watering.

Underground Utility Liability: Setting up on grass requires driving metal stakes up to 18 inches into the ground. The Renter assumes full responsibility for clearly marking all underground utility lines, including but not limited to: sprinkler systems, gas lines, electric lines, and septic tanks. PDXJUMPERS is not liable for any damage to underground lines or property caused by staking.

OUR SCHEDULED DELIVERY PROCESS:
All bounce house deliveries are made according to a route that is established in advance and is created specific to each day of deliveries. Therefore, it is essential that you provide us with both the start time AND end time of your event and notify us promptly if there are any changes to either time.

PARK DELIVERIES:
Effective May 1st, 2019, we are no longer able to accept reservations at local parks. This change in our policy is due to the huge insurance spikes required to deliver to a park. We are sorry for the inconvenience and please contact us with any questions.

Deposit and Refund Policy

A deposit is required to reserve your rental. All deposits for BOUNCERS, TENTS, MECHANICAL BULL, TABLES & CHAIRS are non-refundable.

In the event of inclement weather, you may reschedule the inflatable rental or receive a full refund. You must call the office no later than 6am the day before your event if bad weather to cancel. All remaining balances are due at the time the equipment is delivered. No refunds will be issued once the rentals have been setup.
